It was like receiving the missing directions for organizing your life and discovering your purpose when you read Restless Cultivation. Young explained growth and altered behavior in a way that is genuinely logical and seems achievable. I found it noteworthy that the author accepted responsibility for his own actions. Young writes clearly, fluidly, and casually. You get the impression that the person you are speaking with sincerely wants to improve not just himself but also anyone he comes into contact within future endeavors. One thing that jumped out was his comprehension of the negative circumstances and his use of them as building blocks. Anyone who desires significant, long-lasting change and different results should read this book. This book demonstrates how to move forward if your perspective on life has been preventing you from moving forward.

 The author takes you on a descriptive journey of evolution. With full transparency, he shares his stories, thoughts and reflections along the way. I am not a man, but even as a woman who fought to create a different path for myself than what I was surrounded by, I found myself relating to page after page. When you choose a different path, there are many internal battles to fight. Marcus's ability to articulate these mental conflicts is exemplary. Reading this book takes you along with him and his personal pursuit of happiness.

 This book was an excellent read. Funny, creative, enlightening, engaging, and inspiring. Marcus Young has one hell of a story and he captured it beautifully in this book. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to buy it, go ahead and purchase it. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
